Our purpose is to address the wealth equity gap by identifying, investing, elevating and advancing Bronzeville via commercial corridors, workforce development and mixed housing that create a high probability of financial returns and positively contributing to individual and community wealth.

47th STreet

We have begun development of a restaurant and retail corridor on 47th Street. The current project under construction will bring 206 residential units, 1 restaurant and 4 retail spaces to this newly developed corridor.
